This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the GunStore.io platform ("Platform") operated by Iron Infrastructure, LLC ("Company"). This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
1. Federal Firearms License Requirement
Subscribers using the Platform for firearms-related business operations must hold a valid, unexpired Federal Firearms License (FFL) at all times during their subscription.
You must notify us within 5 business days if your FFL status changes (expiration, revocation, suspension, or voluntary surrender).
We may verify your FFL status at any time using public ATF records, our FFL registry, or by requesting documentation directly.
Failure to maintain a valid FFL may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
2. Lawful Use Only
You agree to use the Platform exclusively for lawful purposes. You shall not use the Platform to:
Facilitate, plan, or execute any transaction that violates federal, state, or local firearms laws or regulations
Process transactions for prohibited persons as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)
Circumvent ATF regulations, background check requirements, or record-keeping obligations
Conduct straw purchases or facilitate illegal interstate transfers
Engage in any activity that would jeopardize your FFL or violate the terms of your license
Violate export controls, sanctions, or embargoes administered by OFAC, BIS, or ITAR
3. Data Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the Platform, including customer information, order details, pricing, and inventory records.
You must not knowingly enter false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Compliance records (e.g., bound book entries, 4473 references) must accurately reflect the underlying transactions.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must not share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Prohibited Technical Activities
You shall not:
Attempt to access other subscribers' data or accounts
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without written authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform except through our published APIs
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform
Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
Upload malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage the Platform
6. Communication Standards
SMS messages sent through the Platform must be transactional (order-related) only. The Platform is not to be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising messages.
You must obtain proper customer consent before sending SMS messages, as described in our SMS Consent Policy.
You must not use the Platform to send threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene communications.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:
Warning: written notice of the violation and required corrective action
Suspension: temporary restriction of access to the Platform pending investigation or remediation
Termination: permanent termination of your account for serious or repeated violations
Legal action: referral to law enforcement or pursuit of legal remedies for violations of applicable law
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is required to protect the Platform, other subscribers, or comply with legal obligations.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to:
We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
